Spend a little more..have a better experience Generally speaking, I will NOT be staying at places that offer long term stay. YES, this was a great rate and price to crash in the DC area for the night, BUT, one gets what they pay for. The facility overall needs a thorough cleaning and upgrading. It is a long term stay facility so the amalgam of smells coming from homemade dinners was challenging... to me. My room had a scent by the bed I could not place, but it wasn't pleasant. This property had dirted laundry laying in the hallway next to various rooms. It had a full kitchen but no utensils in the kitchen. It looks like they only clean the hotel once a week. I was afraid to shower it didn’t look clean. This was a nice place but they need to hire more staff or something. It doesn’t appear they have enough people working in the housekeeping department.
