Unreal for what they charge. Disgusting never ever will stay at any extended stay EVER!

The 1st room I was given had piles of trash in the floor and dirty. The 2nd room has not been vacuumed and was not very clean. The hallways had piles of trash and were very dirty. The smell was disgusting. The stairwell had puke in it that had been there a day or 2 and the elevator had spit running down the door. Corporate extended stay needs to do a surprise inspection on this property and I am sure they would take their name off the hotel. Will never stay at an Extended Stay again after this encounter. Absolute Worst! When we first got there, we got keys to a room what was already occupied, was told to find another hotel to stay at, we refused to do so because we had already booked here. We had to wait about 20-30mins for another room that wasn’t all that great but it made due. The carpet was filthy, no towels in the room, refrigerator dirty, and was full of water. We had to find a Target at 10pm to get towels and cleaning supplies for our room. Hallways smelled like cigarettes and other drugs. **DO NOT STAY HERE**

No front desk person, rooms were sold and not available. The laundry guy was answering questions at the front desk over and over with two words "NO ROOMS" His name was Nana

Rooms were filthy and even after a switch the next room wasn’t any better. This hotel needs Jesus to save it

Very horrible hotel. Unprofessional front desk personnel. He didn’t know how to look in the system to check for rooms so he told 6 guest in the lobby that all rooms were sold out. The hotel environment seems as if it was a tenement yard. There were what I would call hoodlums hanging in the lobby and in front of the hotel smoking. Not a place for you or your family to stay. I will not recommend this hotel for anyone to stay.
