I guess I need “frills”, not a “no frills hotel” Very thin walls, just walking down the hallway to our room, I could hear EVERYTHING in the other rooms from cooking, tvs, and sexual relations! Upon entering my room, the bathroom door was shut and opening it release an awful smell, so much so I check the toilet to see if the seal was bad allowing sewer gasses in. Booking clearly says non-smoking room, still I was given took stinking with cigarettes smoke. I’d take a trip with all my belongings back to front desk to get another room. Air conditioning was noisy, I preferred to not use it. Hair dryer was not working. Grab-n-go breakfast is nothing but coffee and oatmeal packets. NOT A VALUE FOR MONEY.

Broken shower The shower in my suite did not work. I informed the front desk , he came upstairs and confirmed that it was not working. He told me politely that there were no other rooms available. I needed to shower so he opened a room that was vacant but not cleaned yet so I could take a shower. I had to leave my room on the 2nd floor at almost midnight to go on the 3rd floor in order to clean up and came back to my room. The halls were unbearable as they reeked of pot, cigarettes and curry. Unbelievably dirty.
