I have never been treated worts in any hotel in my life. And Expedia never even did anything to help me with my complain. I will delete my Expedia app.

The good thing was it was still available at last minute. The staff was horrible and the bed sheet was dirty so NEVER again

The location is convenient to everywhere, but the room was not as I expected with soiled bed, and dirty floor. However, I gave credit to the staff that when I complained the 3rd time, he changed our room to a new room, which was a little better, but I could still smell cigarette from previous customers.

Bad Stay During my stay, the hotel was going through a renovation. That made the lobby, hallways, and the elevator a complete mess. Once I checked in, I noticed that multiple people's room cards were not working. I ended up having to switch rooms 3 times in order to get a key card that worked with my room. The hotel staff was very eager to help, but I could not check in to a room for at least an hour. After I finally got into a room, everything seemed to be fine.
