Great Room, needs better customer service We came in after hours, it took a few minutes to be let in. Checked in fine, was never given a receipt (checking in or out), but maybe that is policy. Smoking room had no ashtray, tried calling to desk with no answer, made a trip back downstairs to the front desk, with no answer either. Room was clean, and spacious, love the full sized fridge. Perfect for a commuter in the DC area. Location was great with lots of food venues close by.

I had to wait about 3 to 5 minutes for somebody to answer the front desk at check in, other than that it was an overall good experience.
