Heater unit making noise, can't sleep .

One night only Upon entrance into the room, the first thing we found were the room window was open. The room was freezing. I assume they were letting the room air out because of previous guests smells but forgot to close it. Due to the window being open a bucket filled on the bed, which scared the crap out of me. The bed comfort was minimal and would roll because essentially a full size bunk. The hotel is very basic with much room for improvement. Pillows were small and flat. No shampoo or conditioner in room, only bars of soap. Hotel is secure and close to a lot otherwise.

Staff were friendly and fast to respond when I had a problem with the TV. Nice and quiet and shopping/restaurants within walking distance, less than 1/2 mile.

The hotel is under construction so the lobby is a bit of a mess. The room was mostly clean except for a drawer that had cereal crumbs in it. Good location and I would stay again after construction is completed.
