Nice hotel, good location
Bathtub was filthy. There were even what looked like blood stains on the curtain.

Staff thumbs down. Facility thumbs up. The hotel building was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very short and not welcoming at all. We were only there for one night so it wasn't a horrible experience but if i was using it for a longer time I would have had a problem. Grab and go breakfast was coffee and oatmeal. That is not much of a grab and go.

You can tell that cleanliness is a priority. Love not having carpet on the floors. Bed was comfortable. Front desk staff very friendly and kind. Would like to see a few more choices with the grab and go breakfast: bottled juices, yogurt, cereal. Will certainly stay here on our next visit to Centreville.

Extended Stay American Stay For Craft Bazaar We found the parking lot hard to navigate actually getting to the hotel. The room was good and the front desk staff were friendly. There were only 2 luggage carts and one was difficult to navigate. At the entrance, the handicapped door opening buttons close much too quickly for a handicapped person.
Staff at first wanted to tell me I couldn’t get Wi-Fi because the rooms didn’t match up. And they seem to have a hard time working their system to make sure I can get Wi-Fi. Then after I hung up on them then they somehow figured it out. The Wi-Fi was terrible it kept cutting off and I was in the middle of an interview. Honestly the price is what let’s me tolerate the Wi-Fi issue… slightly.
