Fantastic Customer Service! I was upgraded since they did not have a smoking room available and Kim who checked us in was so incredibly friendly! We will be going back again!
Terrible The front desk is terrible. He is not considirable person
Convenient Convenient, reasonably priced hotel. Really great staff.
Not so good We didn't not get any housekeeping for the 3 nights we stayed. No one came to take the trash or change the sheets etc. The hotel doors were locked after 11pm so we had to call the front desk to open the doors for us and they would take forever to answer the phone. Overall it was an ok experience.
