Room was clean, and the desk man was really polite.
Sleeping in the slums The hotel was dirty; the parking lot was gross; there was no food for the grab and go breakfast all 3 days I stayed there; the trash bin sat in the hallway and smelled up the 5th floor and this morning there were NO tops for the coffee. I choose hotels on a regular basis for a lot of travel and this will not be one I choose in the future. Definitely a learning experience.
Good value The staff was lovely and the room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was a bit of a joke - how about some yogurt or something. But for the price I can go grab breakfast elsewhere.

Ext Centerville Everything was fine... a TV guide listing would have been nice, two or three time thumbing through the TV Menu and I managed to find CNN, NBC and CBS ... I survived.... nonetheless, though: Many, many kudos for the staff helping me with my boarding pass ... I don't have all the phone apps, etc., on my flip phone, so we fumbled around on my laptop converting the pdf file to a jpg to an email to the front desk, then to your printer ... thanks so much to them and their patient understanding and help. Tired but cheap and clean! OK, I admit we were trying to save a few bucks while rushing into and out of the DC area for a quick meeting. But this place could use a bit of paint and polish. It felt dirty while it really wasn't just because it was a bit run-down. Like everyone's house if you let the curb appeal suffer, folks get the idea you just don't care. Oh and no glasses or cups of any kind in the room! We returned late, went right to bed, then notice no cups or glasses anywhere in this extended-stay room-uuughhh!
Could have been better... Hallway smelled heavily of smoke (fortunately the room did not). There was only one plastic cup in the bathroom, when the room had clearly been booked for two adults.
Relocating Great hotel today at while looking for an apartment. Was very close to my job.
