Will Never stay at this hotel I will never stay at this hotel. Never~~ When I asked the man at the front desk upon check-in whether I can have a hot tea in the room, he said yes. In side of the room, no pans or cups, nothing to boil the water or to use the microwave oven. I went out to the front desk how I can make my own tea to get the hot water. He gave me the pot covered in a plastic bag. The pot was not cleaned well and I could not use it. When I asked a cup, the plastic clear cup was also filthy. The fan at bathroom was... read more

I did not stay because of snow storm. So I asked Expedia to cancel or move to another say but I did not get the response yet.

Disgusting hotel The hotel was not clean the bed had hair in it. The floor had something sticky on it. The sink was dirty and the shower pressure was terrible and all the only thing that was good about the trip was the service. The front desk service was very accommodating.

Not for everyone The hotel staff (the 2 front desk ladies I dealt with) were very nice. The building/room overall were clean. However,my bathroom had brown spots splattered all over the sink/countertop (as if someone had colored their hair?) It looked awful, but did not come off with regular wiping. It definitely did not make a good impression but I arrived in the evening & basically overlooked it as it was stained into the counter/sink. The sheets on the bed also had a few small stain marks! There is an odor of marijuana throughout the hotel. Within ten minutes of checking into my room I asked for a new room, so strong was the odor. Lisa, the staff member at the front desk, handled this very professionally. I give her an A for how she handled this matter. However.... Why have a no-smoking policy if it is not enforced? Why threaten a customer with a fine of several hundred dollars for smoking a cigarette if many other visitors are smoking marijuana with abandon? It was terrible It was dirty and small coachroach babies were there and there was a smell of weed outside the rooms. Receptionist was terrible too
