Lack of hospitality to welcome guests. The receptionist at the front desk gave me a tongue lashing based solely on the fact that I was a traveler from overseas with no residence in the US.

well, I knew the property was a bit dated. There still was no reason for dog feces outside the front and some of the owners really didn’t care one way the other that was a normal thing how they do things there. I wouldn’t recommend this property to a family, as it may be a little disconcerting for children to see and the noise level from the main road for an extended period on the side that I was on of the building gets to be a bit too much as the EMS units ran constantly. What the heck? It’s “extended stay” but there is NO ICE MACHINE within the ENTIRE hotel??? No COFFEE MAKER in the room?? I picked up the phone in the room to call the front desk and pressed 0 as instructed but the phone didn’t work…just a rapid busy signal tone. The wifi didn’t work because the system kept telling me my last name was wrong. Although the water pressure was fine in the tub faucet, there was ZERO pressure in the shower head.
