Bed bugs baits were placed on the floor. I did not sleep with that thought that the bedbugs are coming in and out of that bait

Lesson learned No one at the desk when we arrived. Had to wait 10 mins for someone to show up so we could check in. Not even a plastic cup in the room. Sign in the room says kitchen stuff costs extra. Bed was not comfortable. Heater very loud. This chain is off my list.

Heat was not working, the room didn’t have blankets, we requested but the hotel said we don’t have blankets

No clean. Trash can is filled under sink in the room. Elevator is working just one. And when I ride elevator, worker is ride it with trash Carter.
