Room was not cleaned properly, there was still trash from last person who stayed and the bathtub was not washed or sanitized at all

My girlfriend and i had just broken up. I got this room. Tried to go in. The front door was locked. Proceed to call the front desk. Only the lady to deny me entrance into the hotel. With no explanation.
