I made an error in my booking dates and didn’t realize it until it was too late. I didn’t stay here. The facility would not refund for the wrong dates. It was my fault that I didn’t double check the dates but expected a bit more help with the matter. Will not book this place again. The person I spoke with was a bit rude also.
disgruntelled employee The first couple days were actually amazing but on the final day the employee at the desk not only took an attitude with me and tried to tell me that I couldn’t check in because of the type of card I was using it upset me very much in fact she took it upon herself to call you guys to try to have you cancel my reservation or make it so that I could no longer a check in there because of the card that I am using and I did not appreciate that seeing as I did have my name on it and I was able to pay for my ... read more

Good location next to highway and restaurants fast check in

I didn’t like the one manager he had a line that was 7 customers long for about 10 minutes and then we reserved a queen bed and he gave us 2 full beds which wasn’t what we paid for I wasn’t happy at all

At the time of check in i have to wait 20 mins in line cuz they are slow and the Non Smoking room smells like weed and cigrattes, very dirty towels saw hairs and stains on all 4 shower towels carpet is old and dirty the sofa chair had stains and ripped, water pressure was very slow. Rude and unprofessional staff.....

We chose this property for convenience and location. It's outdated condition does not justify the price. We waited 30 minutes after the checkin time for our room to be cleaned. Very disappointed.
