When I arrived the machine that makes the door cards was broken and it took 8 hrs for me to get my card made. The staff walked me up to the room and unlocked it with a master card. The outside door was propped open with a rock. Looked like on purpose not sure the key cards worked in the outside door. The nice little pond with walkway was nice, but there were geese and the poop from them was all over the grass and sidewalk. Like tons of it.
