Close to airport When we checked in they ask for ID and credit card. My husband gave both but didn't realize til morning that he didn't get ID back. It took a couple calls to front desk and a trip down insisting they check front desk for ID. When they found it it was on the BOTTOM of pile of assorted ID's in a drawer. Nasty Dirty Rooms - Not clean at all This is the first review I've ever written, and I feel that it needs to be said to warn others and maybe the company will improve its standing. The room card said they were cleaned by the maid, but they def. were not. The sheets had hair all over them in 3 different rooms!! Bed bugs This was the worst hotel experience that I have ever experienced.
I'll never stay here again! This hotel was not as it was described, and in my opinion, was not a 2.5 star hotel. Our stay was for 4 nights, and we never received maid service our entire stay. The hallways and elevator were dirty and looked like they had not been cleaned or vacuumed in weeks. The breakfast that was included consisted of stale muffins and coffee. Too close to traffic area Customer service terrible, supply in the room not avaible such plastic for drink, went look at lobby waited for .5 hours for someone to assistant, but not result, left and came back and still not there, used phone for operator and then came to help. Bed not soft, pillow not that great, breakfast is not great compare to last places I was. Walls are very thin The hotel is somewhat a pain to get to. The room was clean and overall not bad. Around 12 am the people in the room next to ours decided to have a violent fight all night that made it into the hall.

Odd location, had to drive through a shopping center parking lot to reach it. Breakfast was minimal, coffee was not available on a weekend morning after 9:30. No coffee maker in room. No pool, no fitness. Bare bones relative to the price.

Go somewhere else There are many other hotels in the area with similar prices that have much cleaner, updated rooms, with better facilities, breakfast, and overall services. I'm not a picky person, but there are too many other hotels in the area with better location, actually existent service, and higher quality rooms.
"Smoky Non-Smoking Rooms" I paid additional for a king size bed, but only could get a queen when I checked in. The second night I was moved to a room with a king. The hotel did not know how to adjust the price for the fist night. Both nights I was on non-smoking floors but had strong smoke odor coming into the rooms through the bath room vent. Could not sleep well either night from the odor.
