Wasn't impressed Walked in to see guests hanging out in their bare feet in the very small lobby. While I. He led in the staff became angry at another guest who asked for fresh towels. There was clothes and garbage in the halls as I walked to my room. Not to mention the room and hall smells like the powder you put on the floors to mask other smells. Expectativas NO superadas Es un hotel de paso para trabajadores, los pasillos y las habitaciones huelen a humo de cigarro, la atención del personal muy mala, la limpieza de cuartos solo la realizan los lunes, no colocan papel higiénico diario, ni cambian las toallas diarias, para una familia no recomendaría nunca este hotel. En las fotos de publicaciones se ve un hotel muy bonito, pero no es real.

HORRIBLE HOTEL When i got to the hotel nobody was at the front desk. I was screaming hello until the employee came from the back as if he had been sleep. I was checked into a Queen room which i thought was fine, until i went to the bathroom- the roof of the ceiling was sitting in my shower. When i came down to switch rooms in the morning, i found out i was checked into a room that was "out of service". Non Smoking room This was a non-smoking room but the stench of smoke in the bathroom was nauseating. When I mention it at check out I was told the ventilation systems are all connected and so that is where the smell is coming from. He also stated they are getting that system changed out to prevent that from happening and changing to a totally non smoking facility. Additionally, as is with all Extended Stay hotels the front entry doors are not automatic to opening the doors and getting you luggage in is difficult.
Get What You Pay For The kitchen in the room had a mildew smell and it was unpleasant and because of that i was not very pleased but it was only for 1 night. The room could have been a little cleaner
Meh All we're going to say is you get what you pay for. This is a cheap (not inexpensive, but cheap) hotel.

Not the place to be The hotel in general is not clean and smells of smoke and dirt. When you step off of the elevator onto the third floor, you are immediately met with the stench of years of cigarette smoke and dirt.The rooms seemed to be dingy, with poor A/C. The towels and sheets were old and their color (faded white) gave them away. The A/C sounded like it was working overtime while underperforming. Dirty Hotel Floors were completely dirty. Thin towels. Hotel in need of a good to bottom cleaning. The one positive, staff was very friendly and helpful.
