Dreadful - Couldn't leave fast enough! I didn't stay. I got to my room and it stank. It wreaked of cigarettes and industrial cleaner. I switched rooms to avoid the offensive odors and had to downgrade to a queen sized bed in order to do so. This second room was better but still smelled awful and looked like the sheets had NEVER been changed. By the time my daughter arrived to meet me I had already booked a room at a neighboring hotel. Not worth a penny over $40. We paid over $115/day. When the toilet seat cracked apart at 9 p.m. at night no one was available to fix it and my husband had to beg the front desk for masking tape and a plastic knife for stability. Thank God my husband figured that out, b/c the hotel offered no help til 9 a.m. the next morning. Everything was old and a bit dilapidated. The room was small, the paint was bubbling up in the bathroom. Hardly in hot water. It was lukewarm at best.

Close to airport When we checked in they ask for ID and credit card. My husband gave both but didn't realize til morning that he didn't get ID back. It took a couple calls to front desk and a trip down insisting they check front desk for ID. When they found it it was on the BOTTOM of pile of assorted ID's in a drawer. Worker had to know it was left behind and made no attempt to return. Lots of questions like why on the bottom of the pile?????Why do they have a pile of IDs????why no attempt to contact us????? Nasty Dirty Rooms - Not clean at all This is the first review I've ever written, and I feel that it needs to be said to warn others and maybe the company will improve its standing. The room card said they were cleaned by the maid, but they def. were not. The sheets had hair all over them in 3 different rooms!! I'll never stay here again! This hotel was not as it was described, and in my opinion, was not a 2.5 star hotel. Our stay was for 4 nights, and we never received maid service our entire stay. The hallways and elevator were dirty and looked like they had not been cleaned or vacuumed in weeks. The breakfast that was included consisted of stale muffins and coffee. Too close to traffic area Customer service terrible, supply in the room not avaible such plastic for drink, went look at lobby waited for .5 hours for someone to assistant, but not result, left and came back and still not there, used phone for operator and then came to help. Bed not soft, pillow not that great, breakfast is not great compare to last places I was.
