Horrible experience Dirty, smelly, weird place There is no continental breakfast - cold coffee and little breakfast bars Essentially no room service Staff is wacko and rude - there is no good morning, good evening.... This is not a 2.5 star - barely 1 There's a weird fat guy that sits in the lobby daily - creepy!!

The desk attendant couldn't figure out how to give me a receipt although I paid at the hotel. He said "I see it, now it disappeared" and he wouldn't try to find it any more. He then just said it'll be emailed, but he didn't know where it would be emailed to??? what??

2 Hours to Check In Even though I had a confirmed reservation, it took over two hours to check in...was first sent to a room, twice at 1am, that someone else was already staying in. When the desk agent did not believe me he went to the room and used his key to open the door. Yup, confirmed someone else was in the room. He took so long to resolve the issue, at 2am I finally laid down on the lobby floor to sleep until he found a room for me. Non smoking room, was OK, but the smoke smell in the hallway was disgusting. Minimum breakfast provided, very depleted due to a large number of workers starting wor early.

Not good at all Unbelievable when I came into the facility the customer service agent was very rude very unprofessional and I did not like the way he treated me when I came to check him. He was very abrupt I was unable to provide me policy information that I requested and he really did not care about the services he was providing. The room had here on the floor and the tub was not cleaned there was no pots and pans to use to eat your food or to make food I just felt like this was not a good experience. Low end hotel Price is low because it's not really that nice here. "Breakfast" was a bunch of gross boxed food literally served from the front reception desk. Staff was indifferent about everything, didn't really smile. Room clock was broken. WiFi was slow and not secure (Open to anyone, no password). Mechanical noises in the walls/ceiling. No shampoo/condish in the bathroom. There are much better Extended Stay locations. Skip this one.
