Unexpected and high pet charges The bathroom smelled awful. I think it was mildew, but it was bad

Definatly not the best Gentleman at the front was extremally unprofeffsional. He was wearing a t shirt and shorts and i woke him up when i walked in. Lobby smelled like puke and there was garbage all over the hallway. The room was clean but the remote didnt work and the tub drain was completely clogged. I wouldve never stayed there if every hotel i had already tryed to book was full.

Worst hotel in my life Booked two double beds room but got one bed only. Room is extremely smoky and filthy.

All I needed was a place to sleep.... All I needed was a place to sleep while on a quick overnight trip to the area. The bed was terribly firm (actually hard!). Even my twelve year old daughter recognized this before I said anything to myself. While the staff was incredibly pleasant, this did not meet the needs of my stay. It was not worth the $30 I saved had I stayed at one of my usual choices.
Zero Customee Consideration Stayed two nights, fire alarm went off both nights at midnight due to someone overcooking or something, no contact/apology from staff, and they still charged full amount... Really? Even roach motels comp your stay if you have a bad enough experience, and this was my worst hotel experience yet.

Tough luck buddy I came back to the hotel on day 1 of my stay around midnight and there wasn't a single parking space available. The desk clerk recommended I park in the Target a mile away. I was not pleased.

Not up to my expectations Hotel property was less than I expected - the room did not have any working appliances, dishware or utensils.

Locked out Terrible hotel Keys were not working all weekend Had to have a escort to our rooms every time we left our rooms to unlock the door for us staff seemed to be annoyed by that It's not my problem your keys don't work Just not friendly
