Everything was great but the mattress. It felt like I was sleeping on a wooden floor. It was very uncomfortable.

The front desk is so easy to work with. Once i forfot to make a reservation and my husband had the credit card and they were willing to wait until he came home to make the reservation rather than throw us out on the street. They do not bother you like other hotels do. They accept packages at the front desk and i have never had an issue with theft or a "your package was not delivered here' excuse. Very accommodating hotel. I cannot say enough good things about them!!!!
