I didn’t like the fact that I paid for a smoking room and there was no ash trays, I also didn’t like that there was no trash cans in the room

Nothing outstanding, it's a reasonable stay! Even tough, it comes with complimentary breakfast, it's just grab n go. You will get energy bar along with the coffee, that's it!

Located in nice area. Room was clean however housekeeping do not come clean or provide you with any additional towels. You have to ask front desk. I didnt like thAt part.. the toilet and tub got stopped up.

Friendly staff. The room I was in was adjacent to the office and the walls seemed thin and not able to block out much of the sounds at night. I had no issues with running out of hot water for showers which is good. The bathroom had some lumps under the laminate floor which I thought was strange. All in all, I was content with the room and only real complaint was the location of the room. They did however ask if I was OK with the location so some of that is on me. I liked that they upgraded all their bathrooms and that the airconditioning is central and not ground unit.
