Nothing in kitchen The kitchen is not stocked. The guest has to go with an employee to housekeeping and get everything they need and bring it back to the room. Not the way Extended Stays work. When I rent the room I expect everything that is supposed to be in the room to be there. They will give you a coffee maker but no coffee you have to go back to the front desk to get that. There was NOTHING in the cabinets or drawers in the kitchen. So you have to get dishes, utensils, coffee maker, pots and pans. Not the guests job! T... read more

Love the hotel! It was a nice getaway as I needed a quick place to stay and smoke a cigar!

Overall, it was okay. I’m sure in the package deal there was a service fee applied to my bill from the hotel and yet, no room service. Unless an individual stays longer then 7 days.

Really nice hotel with a nice little kitchen. This is the second time I stay at this hotel and I would always recommend it to people. It has everything you need. Every room come with hotplates, sink, fridge, and a mini-fridge. It is close to nice restaurants, malls, and theaters.

Mediocre Experience Very friendly service in the lobby and we were quick to check in. Aside from the room being a bit dirty and we had a broken desk lamp, the room was fine. Just seemed like the cleaning staff didn't put much effort.

We reached there late night since we are from New York. We reached there around 1:30 and waited for exactly 45 minutes for the man to come to his desk. We kept on calling and everything. He wasn’t with any customer. Either he was sleeping or doing something else. I’m sorry but his belt and everything were open. I’m sure no one spends 40 minutes in the bathroom. Then he was annoying slow in his work. We got to our room at 3 in the morning. He couldn’t give us keys. He has troubles and then he taking another customer when he w... read more
