The fridge was set way too cold so our drinks blew up in the fridge and we had to clean it. We also didn’t have hot water, we had like warm water at best. The room was clean and staff was great.

Mediocre Not so great. Bathtub faucet leaked. Lamp bulb didn’t light up. Power went out the mornings we left.

Improvement is needed on breakfast. I can even rate zero when it comes to that. There is no sitting area. I mean muffin and coffee for breakfast!!!really?

Restful and Homey with shopping and Silver Diner! Nestled in a quiet corner, where it feels homey and restful, but at the same time near alot of cool shopping and fabulous restaurants nearby. Fair Oaks Mall, Silver Diner, Barnes and Noble, TGIF Fridays. Starbucks. Also.. the walking trails go for miles right out the door. Fun to bring your dog and walk around. Safe and inviting. The location is good next to the mall but it seems dark and gloomy and room furnitures are not updated and worn out.
