The room was clean and the breakfast was great. I had an enjoyable stay.
Very clean hotel close to Fair Oaks Mall . Reception staff were helpful and extremely polite. Special thanks go to Sara and Usman for being very helpful and providing warm welcome.

Definitely not the best visit! I've stayed in this particular Extended Stay on several occasions, and was never annoyed. However, this weekend, we were put in a room in which the TV didn't work at all. We requested a non-smoking room, and the 2nd time we had to move from the original room with the broken tv, we were put into a smoking suite. Good hotil close to the mall It was good but when i asked them to clean the room they said that cleaing is after 7 days of stay. I do not like that

Convenient, Clean, Friendly Helpful Staff Quick stay, but it was very convenient to have full kitchen capabilities and free wifi in the room.

Great management The hotel management is very courteous and sociable.
Close to highway but quiet We were attending a conference at GMU and this hotel was within 10 min. Close to highway but quiet. Not super friendly staff but I was only there one night. Bc it's extended stay, there were some strange people living there.
Close to Business While the hotel is not the best, the location is superb for business . . .
nice place but It was nice place but some thing can be worked on......I didnt have a tv remote and no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. Vending machines didnt have any drinks in them at all...
