Horrible Dirty, Dirty, Dirty. Had I not been so exhausted when I checked in I would have left as soon as I entered the room. The fridge was rusty, the sheets, blankets, pillows & even the bed skirt were horribly wrinkled making me wonder if they had been washed after the last guest. The curtains literally had several cigarette burns in them. The tub had hair in it. Racist still exist The clerk was a racist person and mean individuals , he didn't have mercy that I wanna rest and he decided to cancel my reservation because I'd the name misspelled.

Broken iron, just 3 small square pillows on bed, no drinking bottle water, no continental breakfast, just coffee and peanuts granola bars, no clothes hunger

Extremely disappointed in this property. Needed four days out of our home for renovations. We picked this hotel because it was pet friendly and boasted not only a kitchen with stove, microvwave, plates, pots, utensils, etc. plus a full size fridge. Additionally under amenities breakfast and wifi were free. This property is being COMPLETELY MISREPRESENTED. Wasnt the cleanest hotel. Staff very infifferent. The whole plca needed a good scrubbing. The so called breakfast was a coffee pot and some granola bars and packages of instant oatmeal.

I did not like the service; my phone was not working. I have called a few times the front desk to fix my phone so I can make a conference call. However, they were they kept telling me it will be fixed. Finally, I moved to another hotel to make my call, and I paid for Extended Stay America too.
