Faucets, door handles, chairs, shower curtain look like they haven’t been clean.
Great service ,bad room
Needs an overhaul Excellent location with poor hygiene. The hotel needs a total overhaul. The bathroom walls were falling apart, there were holes in the walls, the closet HS a curtain instead of a door, the mirror and windows were filthy. The staff was nice though.
The property was dirty. Everyone spoke very broken English, and couldn’t understand any questions we asked. We tried requesting a late checkout multiple times but could never get an answer out of anyone. Our room was very dirty bedding was stained shower curtain was filthy. Overall not happy
