The hotel is ok for the price, it’s close to the attractions in Gaithersburg
While the hotel isn’t a grand Hotel in like the Hilton or anything the staff is very kind the rooms are clean and I really have nothing bad to say so kudos and five stars to them
Need help Room not clean no towels
Too close! We were expecting a room with a queen bed and a pull out sofa. Not what we got. So right away we weren’t happy. Of course we got there too late to make a change. No offering of a discount or a free night some other time. There are 2 Extended Stays right next to each other. Be careful which one you book.
The staff should improve in their attitude towards their guests! I was practically asked to pick up bedspread from the reception and go make the bed by myself! For the three nights I spent there I could not get any breakfast except muffin and snacks bar. My trash was never changed for the three nights. Sorry, I had to say things as I experienced them.
Drive to work Excellent room to cook a small dinner for two easy route to get on the highway
Customer service A+ Absolutely friendly staff at the property Nisha Carisa salena definitely they deserve rises for the hard work they do
