The hotel is ok for the price, it’s close to the attractions in Gaithersburg

While the hotel isn’t a grand Hotel in like the Hilton or anything the staff is very kind the rooms are clean and I really have nothing bad to say so kudos and five stars to them

Need help Room not clean no towels

Thank you for your staying with us and for providing your feedback. We apologize our hotel and amenities were not to your expectations. Our hotel is designed for guests staying a week or more at a time, who prefer a home-like living experience and they bring their own personal items. So we certainly understand why you may have found our amenities a bit different than traditional hotels. But, we are happy to provided kitchenware and other in-room amenities. Too close! We were expecting a room with a queen bed and a pull out sofa. Not what we got. So right away we weren’t happy. Of course we got there too late to make a change. No offering of a discount or a free night some other time. There are 2 Extended Stays right next to each other. Be careful which one you book.
