Hotel Horrible, sheets wets dirty so I called downstairs. She brought up the sheets and handed it to me expecting me to change the sheets myself!! I don't if she had lost her mind or not! I will never stay at that hotel again!!!

THE WORST EVER The worst place ever no ice machine, no ice trays, TV didn't work, smell like weed, elevator didn't work and I'm handicapped. I had to walk down three flight of steps of what could have been a tragedy but I made it. The desk service sucks don't stay here your life depends on it.
lowest level I have ever stayed Cleaning is once in a week. Breakfast is minimum. Front staff is sometimes absent. No amenity in a room unless request. The cost is not so low. The overall feature of this hotel is the lowest I have ever stayed in US.
What hotel????? bathroom was dirty-hair everywhere. room floor was flooded. food on sheets.
Good Customer Service, poor condition/maintenance When I arrived to the hotel room, open the door and that strong smell of wet carpet juts went into my nose. I had spray some cologne into the AC and turn it all the way on. Also, the kitchen part, was clean but falling apart. A total disaster.

For Short Stays, Beware Two night quick stay for business. General interior impression, including room, is seediness. On leaving the motel the first morning, we reported to the desk that the toilet was broken and half of the lights were inoperative. Breakfast was a joke, with a few items and coffee offered in the reception hall, but no place to sit. Disappointing Arrived from a long ride wanting a shower. Got bready and discovered there weren't any towels. Towels delivered shortly. Then discovered there wasn't any toilet paper and I questioned if the room had been serviced at all. I was assured that it had been by the Manager, who delivered the TP. Said he would refund the cost of the room.

Unattended front desk. Incidents with police. When I arrived around midnight, the door was wide open to an unattended front desk. After ten minutes, I called the hotel from my cellphone and someone finally appeared. The room itself was ok I guess, although the carpet was a bit sticky. Could hear every single footstep in the room above me. The second night, as I walked in around 9pm there were several police officers dealing with some guests outside the front door.
