A bad experience. I walked into a very dirty room after working 11 hours hoping to have a shower. The shower drain was clogged, there were hairs everywhere and feces in and around the toilet. I notified management of the issues that evening and had a manager call me the next morning. He agreed to clean the room and refund the previous nights stay.

Bed Bugs They have bed bugs and when I said something about it one of the stuff members wanted to call the police because I complain about it and wanted to fight me. I would not go back.

Sleepless night I got very little sleep because the hot water the bathroom sinks ran constantly. There was also vomit on one of chairs.

Nonsense! When we arrived at Gaithersburg Extended Stay our room wasn't available. We had booked our room 6 days in advance and we didn't understand why there wasn't any rooms available. So, they moved us to another location located in Germantown into a smoking room. Our family was very disappointed and discussed that certain things weren't in our room. For instance, missing shampoo and conditioner, dishes and cutteries. Finally, the rug didn't look like it was washed in a long time. I hope that things will change in the nea... read more

Never again!!!Will never live this down ! Staff was accommodating but booked a non smoking room with 2 DD for a lacrosse tournament for 4 pp (2 teenagers) Ended up with a room with one smoking room with 1 bed available (like that would work) The gentleman was kind enough (after some proding to offer 2 single rooms but again they would be smoking. That was no good. He got us to a non smoking in the sister hotel next door but that means one single bed and boys slept on a pull out coach together. The room was non smoking- in fa... read more

If it was just about the people I would stay again The bed clothes were deplorably soiled. The pillows were old and smelly and the bed spread and blanket dirty literally with black footprints or something. The bed cover had brown body fluid stains down the sides and yet the room was made up like it was clean. The cleaning staff require better supervision. They should be steam cleaning their beds at least once a month. The staff however were very courteous and accommodating. I would stay again may for the staff but not really... read more

Never Again The room was damp and smell like mold. Glad we only booked on night at this place though were in the area for 5 day, We could not wait o check and moved into Marriotts not too far away!!!

Décevant... Hôtel très décevant... Le pauvre commis à la réception était un nouveau, mais avait été laissé seul sans supervision - il a eu du mal à gérer la réservation. Puis, la première chambre que l'on m'a donnée avait un bain non-fonctionnel, la deuxième n'avait pas été rangée, ça a donc pris une troisième tentative pour avoir la bonne... Dans les trois cas, la chambre était d'une propreté douteuse, et sentait le renfermé. Aussi, le petit déjeuner offert n'est que du café et des muffins... Bref, très décevant!
