Very bad experience, no clean, carpet is very sticky, bugs and cockroaches roaming around, ant are a lot, kitchen have no utensils, and important there is no break fast,

I'm sorry to say I was disappointed. the facility was extremely dirty a very harsh odor on every level in the corridors. The rooms are worn out I believe it's not due to the cleaning staff It looks like it would be overwhelming to keep up the cleanliness in this facility. The rooms are very dark..dark wall colors appliances and furniture that's worn out. an elevator that does not work and as for breakfast it's almost non-existent coffee and a muffin that's packaged. Bed bugs. Didn't ened up staying there. They were going to do refund but have not seen it yet.

I checked in the hotel and the room had bed bugs. They offered me another room but after thinking about it I felt uncomfortable and wanted a refund and they refused! I have the video that will go up! I was in the room for less than an hour and no help from them at all!!!

Unfortunately the room smell like sweat and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. The room was big but these other issues were too much.
