This hotel television did work, had no remote to go to it. I had to retrieve one from the front desk, and it still didn't work. The room had a terrible smell, even after Febreezing the room and putting up air freshner, after 2 hours it still didn't work. I left and got my money back, terrible experience!!

So I booked this property through Expedia and my room was ready when I arrived, we got in late and the room was rough. We contacted the desk the next morning to have some unacceptable conditions fixed in our room; shower rod falling, lights without like bulbs, slow drain. The company refused to fix the room and did not offer a different room so we checked out after one night and changed hotels. The extended staff has not communicated with us and has not refunded the 2 unused nights back to us.

Awful hotel. It seemed as it is a place where people are allowed to stay for free or very low price. There was a lady smoking weed outside, there was a guy who pretended to have cerebral palsy and was asking for money at the closest light and later was at the hotel without limping or obvious physical problem. The AC did not work and was never fixed. It was the worst place I have ever stayed.

The place had security, front desk lady was rude and the place was unpleasant, unfortunately we couldn't chance our reservation since everyhing in the area was occupied. I don't recommend.

Absolutely DO NOT Recommend The overall stay was awful! From the time I walked in the door, there was a nasty smell and the lobby was filthy. The entire hotel smelled of marijuana and various other odors. I had to wait on the front desk clerk to hang up from a personal call to check me in. Its okay if youre only staying one night. Its pet friendly and you can tell by the smell, they dont separate the rooms that are and arent. Supposed to be a breakfast bar but is not replenished at all. Sheets are probably machine washed but stained, just replace them at that point. I think its understaffed, only one person working at any point, sometimes front desk is unmanned.
