This was a last resort place to stay, room was dirty. We entered the lobby to an unmanned front desk, or do we thought. The receptionist was setting off to the side basically hiding. Only got up to answer a phone call and proceed to act as if we were not standing there. I will not recommend this hotel chain to anyone. Worst experience ever.

You get what you paid for. The place is dirty. Carpet has stains that look like a murder scene. Mildew smell. No extra pillows and blankets for the sofa bed. Request for them only to be told they don't have any. Would not stay again.

Do Not Enter Just bad on so many levels. Service, decor from the 80's, appliances that didnt work. We stayed 30 minutes, long enough to find a better place.

This hotel television did work, had no remote to go to it. I had to retrieve one from the front desk, and it still didn't work. The room had a terrible smell, even after Febreezing the room and putting up air freshner, after 2 hours it still didn't work. I left and got my money back, terrible experience!!

So I booked this property through Expedia and my room was ready when I arrived, we got in late and the room was rough. We contacted the desk the next morning to have some unacceptable conditions fixed in our room; shower rod falling, lights without like bulbs, slow drain. The company refused to fix the room and did not offer a different room so we checked out after one night and changed hotels. The extended staff has not communicated with us and has not refunded the 2 unused nights back to us.

Awful hotel. It seemed as it is a place where people are allowed to stay for free or very low price. There was a lady smoking weed outside, there was a guy who pretended to have cerebral palsy and was asking for money at the closest light and later was at the hotel without limping or obvious physical problem. The AC did not work and was never fixed. It was the worst place I have ever stayed.
