Glad I wasn't there long. Our paid for room was not available, despite arriving at 730 pm (check in is at 3 pm). They did give us another type of room but we were expecting the suite and got a 2 double bed room. The staff was rarely available at the front desk and when they were, they seemed irritated that we were bothering them. No one at the desk to check out - we ended up leaving a note for them that we were gone. Beds were not very comfortable. stay here only as a last resort Extremely poor management and maintenance. Stayed here over the Memorial Day weekend and found out on arrival that all hotel employees were given the weekend off - hence no one to clean the rooms or fix any problems!!! Advertised free breakfast is only Mon thru Fri !!! Carpet and sofa were stained, iron was not working, AC is loud.....will never make the mistake of booking here again.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOO Constant Sounds from other rooms, people shouting, dirty beds, people drinking outside the main lobby, loitering of people in groups, not safe for any one and definitely not for families, slow internet, dirty iron board, over all poor management ... I wish i had zero stars to rank it. Not at all decent... The hotel will spoil ur vacation/day/work/mood. Bleach smell all over, nothing good or pleasant... Do not stay at this hotel Expidia let me down! I have always been able to count on expidias ster rating, but they let me down. I book 2-3 hotels a week and usually I can count on a 2 and a half or three star rating to be a great hotel. This hotel should have been a one star. There was no shampoo or conditioner provided. The chair in the room was broken. There was a dirty used band aid in the hall, The smell was disgusting. I would rather stay in a fraternity house,it would have been a step up!

Underated Hotel I read so many previous reviews about this hotel not being kept clean and the non-smoking rooms smelling like the smoking rooms. This is not the case at all the hotel service is great and the room is nice.. Even my friends that came to visit me said I did my homework on choosing this hotel. I would definitely stay at the Extended Stay Deluxe. My only complaint is that you really need a car to travel from this hotel because it is not tha much restaurants and etc. near the hotel.

Even non-smoking reeks of smoke The entire hotel, from the ground up, reeks of smoke. I was placed in a non-smoking room in a non-smoking hallway, and after departing the hotel, 2 days later, everything still reeks of smoke. This is the hotel's major problem, but otherwise it is OK. The faciliities are basic, not as nice as other Extended Stays. Disappointing.
