i had to wait til they get the fax from Hotel.com for my confirmation. Normally they get it right away but this time, I had to wait for it to get the room.
Terrible Very dirty rooms, lobby area nice, exterior nice once you get in the rooms it's like ok low budget motel?!
the room was no heat , no phone it was no very horrible the was with the heat broken we try to call the fron desk it was nobady we have to call some place else they send someone horrible

Bad customer service, people smoke in corridors Overall experience is bad. No real breakfast to speak of: just a few granola bars, apples and coffee. No eggs, bread or bagels. Arrived at midnight and guest services desk had a security bar. Lady at the desk barely spoke English, did not bother to open security bar and refused to sell us another room, told us the had no rooms. It was Ok I wouldnt come back to this hotel. Too high price for there service. It's better to pay more and stay in different hotel
Up all night I had to ask for new pillow cases because they weren't clean. Sofa was filthy, 1 fork, 2 spoons, horrible smell in the lobby. I stayed up alright fearful something was going to crawl on me
Practical but tacky the facilities are all there but the room is too tacky. carpet was thin, worn through to concrete in several places and badly stained. room hadn't been aired since last guest so smell of cooked food was very strong. bed was so uncomfortable that I slept on the couch. the idea of studio is excellent for extended stays but they need to invest some money into the room.
Glad I wasn't there long. Our paid for room was not available, despite arriving at 730 pm (check in is at 3 pm). They did give us another type of room but we were expecting the suite and got a 2 double bed room. The staff was rarely available at the front desk and when they were, they seemed irritated that we were bothering them.
