stay here only as a last resort Extremely poor management and maintenance. Stayed here over the Memorial Day weekend and found out on arrival that all hotel employees were given the weekend off - hence no one to clean the rooms or fix any problems!!! Advertised free breakfast is only Mon thru Fri !!! Carpet and sofa were stained, iron was not working, AC is loud.....will never make the mistake of booking here again.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOO Constant Sounds from other rooms, people shouting, dirty beds, people drinking outside the main lobby, loitering of people in groups, not safe for any one and definitely not for families, slow internet, dirty iron board, over all poor management ... I wish i had zero stars to rank it. Not at all decent... The hotel will spoil ur vacation/day/work/mood. Bleach smell all over, nothing good or pleasant... Do not stay at this hotel Expidia let me down! I have always been able to count on expidias ster rating, but they let me down. I book 2-3 hotels a week and usually I can count on a 2 and a half or three star rating to be a great hotel. This hotel should have been a one star. There was no shampoo or conditioner provided. The chair in the room was broken. There was a dirty used band aid in the hall, The smell was disgusting. I would rather stay in a fraternity house,it would have been a step up!

Even non-smoking reeks of smoke The entire hotel, from the ground up, reeks of smoke. I was placed in a non-smoking room in a non-smoking hallway, and after departing the hotel, 2 days later, everything still reeks of smoke. This is the hotel's major problem, but otherwise it is OK. The faciliities are basic, not as nice as other Extended Stays. Disappointing.

Never again Continental breakfast - horrible, I wouldn't even come close to calling it any sort of breakfast. Bad location, seemed like it took 10 minutes to find anything worthy to eat or do during the day/night. Poor front desk, they remained closed until about 7:15 am (at least - that's when I left the hotel). There was no iron in my room, only the ironing board and when I asked a lady who worked there, because the front desk was closed, she didn't know what I was even saying because she couldn't understand English. Hotel is run down The hotel did not meet our expectations for a modest priced all suite hotel. The room was smelly, the furniture was beat up, the beds were uncomfortable and the dishes we not clean and the kitchen was poorly stocked compared to other places with the same services. I would not stay in this location again.

A blight on the good name of Extended Stay We reserved two rooms; one was acceptable; one was terrible. Our non-smoking room was heavily smoky, with the pillow needing an extra sheet over it to sleep. The clock and hair dryer were both broken. No glasses in the bathroom; only 2 in the kitchen (for a room that can take 3 people). No shampoo in the bathroom. Only one packet of coffee; decaf is $1.25 in the vending machine. No free continental breakfast as advertised; only M-F. No free wi-fi, and when the office closes at 11:00... read more
