the room was no heat , no phone it was no very horrible the was with the heat broken we try to call the fron desk it was nobady we have to call some place else they send someone horrible

what i expected for the price everything was ok. no complaints
Bad customer service, people smoke in corridors Overall experience is bad. No real breakfast to speak of: just a few granola bars, apples and coffee. No eggs, bread or bagels. Arrived at midnight and guest services desk had a security bar. Lady at the desk barely spoke English, did not bother to open security bar and refused to sell us another room, told us the had no rooms. air conditioner right aside of the bed. Blew cold air across the bed.
cost effective and feels like home i love the fact that i can cook in my room.I went there for my mini honeymoon.Love it.Its spacious and feels like home

It was Ok I wouldnt come back to this hotel. Too high price for there service. It's better to pay more and stay in different hotel
close to mall and metro the room had a funny odor to it. The carpet was kind of sticky. Otherwise the stay was nice. It was nice to have the couch and chair in room along with kichenette. You have to realize that these rooms are only cleaned once per week. I did not until I got there.
