worst place ever Had leak in the room and the clerk Came 2am 6 am 8am ... didn't get to sleep well... kept kocking on the door and also left something before checkout and called couple hours later they said they didn't find anything.

Business response:

Thank you for the feedback about your stay at our hotel. The situation you described regarding the maintenance issues you experienced is truly regrettable. As this hotel’s manager, I can assure you that I have investigated your room and met with our staff to ensure your experience is not repeated. I really appreciate you bringing your experience to our attention. We do hope you will choose to stay with us again so we can have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience.

I was fooled The pictures looked nice, the price was low I thought we were a match until I walked into my room. The couch was stained, there was dust all over the place as if they had not cleaned the room in a long time. I was so upset and tired I couldn't complain, I just went to sleep. We were their for the night and it was already late. One thing I know is that I will never go back.

Business response:

I received a copy of your review, and wanted to take a moment to personally respond. Please accept our most sincere apologies for not meeting your expectations during your recent stay with us. As this hotel’s manager, I can assure you that I have retrained our housekeeping staff to ensure that each room is thoroughly cleaned and inspected to ensure that your experience is not repeated. you get what you pay for next time I'll pay more. when I first got to the hotel I waited for about 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk after calling the front desk phone. I was given room 217 which had dark brown stains all over the couch similar to blood and the non smoking room also had a very strong smell of cigarettes. I'm not really one to complain but I called downstairs to request another room or a blanket to lay over the stained couch. I was accommodated with a new room which was way better than the firs... read more

Avoid if possible We called hotels.com and requested a non-smoking room as close to Washington, D.C. as possible. The agent told us about this hotel and said they had a non-smoking room available. They, however, did not. The smoking room which we had to take since hotels.com already charged us $120 was in poor condition. Burn holes in the carpet and furniture and the smell was terrible. We tried to go to sleep but the guests in the room next to us were partying until ~4am. We got maybe 4 hours of sleep, then got up and left.

Dissapointing Stay. Stayed two nights in this hotel to attend a two day class. The room had not been sufficiently cleaned, toothpaste in the bathroom sink, urine spots around the rim of the toilet, floor needed vacuuming. The handle on the recliner was broken and detached. The room had an old smell to it. The WIFI was down and I could not get onto the web during my stay. I stayed in other Extended Stay Hotels and had a positive experience, not so this time.

Staff was very professional and accomodating. However, the hotel smelled of smoke and wet dog. Rooms smelled of spray freshener to mask the odor.

Smoke heaven! My stay was pretty horrible. I got a no smoking room, but people definitely smoked in it quite alot. The room is pretty old the oven was dirty inside. My clothes smell like I just left a Smoking bar. Housekeeping never showed up, but that was fine because it seemed like they didn't know how to clean anyway..

Business response:

I received a copy of your review, and wanted to take a moment to personally respond. I sincerely apologize for the smoke odors you experienced in your room as well as our failure to inform you about our housekeeping services. We provide housekeeping services to guests staying eight or more nights; however, these services are always available upon request for an additional fee.
