Dissapointing Stay. Stayed two nights in this hotel to attend a two day class. The room had not been sufficiently cleaned, toothpaste in the bathroom sink, urine spots around the rim of the toilet, floor needed vacuuming. The handle on the recliner was broken and detached. The room had an old smell to it. The WIFI was down and I could not get onto the web during my stay. I stayed in other Extended Stay Hotels and had a positive experience, not so this time.

Staff was very professional and accomodating. However, the hotel smelled of smoke and wet dog. Rooms smelled of spray freshener to mask the odor.

Dirty hotel rooms Disgusting. Bugs in the room. Dirty. No maid service. Gum on the bed sheets.

Smoke heaven! My stay was pretty horrible. I got a no smoking room, but people definitely smoked in it quite alot. The room is pretty old the oven was dirty inside. My clothes smell like I just left a Smoking bar. Housekeeping never showed up, but that was fine because it seemed like they didn't know how to clean anyway..

Borderline disgusting. I'm not too hard to please when the sole purpose of the room is to provide a place to sleep but after a long day of travel, we actually considered not sleeping there because it was so gross. There was your usual "gross hotel" issues; there was a weird food smell in the room, the lamp shades were crooked and super dusty, odd stains on the floor. The kicker was the nasty bath water. At first it seems nice I got the room for my brother and his dad since he was in town for a couple days. But to my surprise the room wasn't cleaned properly, the pull out bed was dirty like it wasn't been cleaned. The check in or out staff was never really there. They stayed for about 2-3 days because everything else was booked and we only really saw staff about once. I honestly had better service at a motel.

Dirty, Noisy and Uncomfortable What to say....beginning with the room. It was dirty and really not what I expected from the pictures. There was hair on the bathroom floor, stains all over the barely vacuumed carpet, most of the lamps didn't have bulbs in them and overall was extremely dingy looking. I chose to stay at this hotel on this particular trip that I take on a bi-weekly basis because it had a "fully stocked kitchen." The kitchen is empty. You have to order your kitchen package.
