Stay anywhere else The pull out had dirty linens on it, when we asked for more, they didn't have any. Stayed an additional 6days, the general manager, on the 4th day claimed we checked out and was trying to "steal" another day when I told them 2x at checkout time we were not checking out and staying another night. He threatened to call the police and have my family's things removed from the room because it was in their system I had checked out (FYI, they have my cc on file and this is at 6pm, we were in and out of the hotel ... read more

Mice. Will not stay again. First room was under construction and dirty. I complained and they moved me to a new room saying they put me in a off-market room by mistake. The second room was somewhat dirty and in the evening I could see a mouse running around the floor.

Janky as ever It was horrible. It took 3 different rooms before we had a room clean enough to sleep in. The phones were missing buttons and it was just janky.
Not good The staff at the front desk was very sweet and nice. But my room was dirty it smell moldy I saw mold around the sink and in the bath area. Bed sheets were not clean. Found hair and stain on my pillow and bed. My room was not the Best and the building was dirty. No I wouldn't recommend to my friends or family i do have pictures but having a hard time to upload.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Not clean at all. Heater did not work in the room. The shower was slow draining. Front desk no help when I called about no heat in room. Checked in around 1030 at night and checked out 7 am the next morning. Would NOT stay here spend the extra money for a better choice.
Dirty Hotel with Rude Staff The hotel staff was completely rude to me when I told them that our room was dirty. After my friend had fallen asleep on the sofa bed, I pulled back the covers of the bed to find a pair of dirty socks and yellow spots on the sheets. Do not stay here This is a horrible place to stay. while the rooms are ok, The service is terrible. On two separate occasions, I paid for a king size bed , only to get to my room and find out it's a queen.I let it slide the first time but the second time I definitely got a refund. With the exception of the manager who rectified my issue, The other employees I encountered treated proper customer service as an afterthought
