Not good The staff at the front desk was very sweet and nice. But my room was dirty it smell moldy I saw mold around the sink and in the bath area. Bed sheets were not clean. Found hair and stain on my pillow and bed. My room was not the Best and the building was dirty. No I wouldn't recommend to my friends or family i do have pictures but having a hard time to upload.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Not clean at all. Heater did not work in the room. The shower was slow draining. Front desk no help when I called about no heat in room. Checked in around 1030 at night and checked out 7 am the next morning. Would NOT stay here spend the extra money for a better choice.
Dirty Hotel with Rude Staff The hotel staff was completely rude to me when I told them that our room was dirty. After my friend had fallen asleep on the sofa bed, I pulled back the covers of the bed to find a pair of dirty socks and yellow spots on the sheets. Do not stay here This is a horrible place to stay. while the rooms are ok, The service is terrible. On two separate occasions, I paid for a king size bed , only to get to my room and find out it's a queen.I let it slide the first time but the second time I definitely got a refund. With the exception of the manager who rectified my issue, The other employees I encountered treated proper customer service as an afterthought

Won't stay again unless I'm stranded Had to fill toilet tank with an empty trashcan in order to flush

Think Again Management and staff agreed that the room wasn't up to Extended Stay America standards. Said they would correct the problem but did nothing during my stay to fix the issue. Customer Service agreed to refund but the property manager told Orbitz he would not. I finally got refunded and the property manager blacklisted me from returning after he thought I left a positive review about this stay.
