Review Location is bad, rooms terrible, dingy and dirty

poor front desk service -- pass this one up! this hotel lost our hotels.com reservation for 2 rooms. We had employees stranded at 2am dealing with a front desk clerk that was less than helpful. If you're looking for a hotel in the DC area, be sure to pass this one up...

A really dirty motel This was by far the worst hotel I've been too. It is pretty much a bigger motel. The hallways were dark and smelly. The room was hot and the carpet had blood stains. I didn't sleep well at night because the mattress stank the whole time... Go somewhere else frankly

This place was unpleasant. Breakfast inedible and unhealthy. Straight from Sam's Club Bulk aisle. Dirty. Debris on hotel carpet. Stairwells filthy.
Not so nice My room had a heavily-stained couch and broken chair.

Extended Stay - America The room needs to be renovated. Carpet is worn. Room appeared drabby and dirty. Room smelled musty and muggy - smell went away after AC was turned on. There were ants throughout the room. The shower faucet was broken - took a long time to turn the water on and off. Also, the water never became warm enough to take a shower. Will not be going back. It is a run down boarding house.

LOW-INCOME HOUSING DORM?? The carpet was disgusting. Feet literally stuck to it - couldn't walk around in your bare feet! Stains on the sofa that looked like dried blood! Windows were literally falling out of the tracks and thus could not be opened. (Only one of the four windows actually worked.) Also, it seems as if the hotel were being used by County/City officials as a low-income shelter for homeless people.
