The room was good the television remote didn't work

Disappointing. I did not get the room I paid upfront for. There was an issue between Hotels.com and the hotel on payment that took 3 hours to straighten out. Definitely not worth the wait. The A/C unit worked intermittently. The hotel did not have enough kitchenware for a sold out hotel.Some guests were loud and screaming at 1:30 in the morning.

Looks nice but...... Even when they are way below capacity, they cluster visitors next to one another. Exercise equipment is broken and they refuse to get it fixed. Housekeeper on my floor took several days off so my room didn't get cleaned for almost 2 weeks so I left to find another hotel even though I was prepaid for 3 more nights. Towels are cheapest, roughest you will ever see.

poor front desk service -- pass this one up! this hotel lost our hotels.com reservation for 2 rooms. We had employees stranded at 2am dealing with a front desk clerk that was less than helpful. If you're looking for a hotel in the DC area, be sure to pass this one up...

A really dirty motel This was by far the worst hotel I've been too. It is pretty much a bigger motel. The hallways were dark and smelly. The room was hot and the carpet had blood stains. I didn't sleep well at night because the mattress stank the whole time... Go somewhere else frankly

This place was unpleasant. Breakfast inedible and unhealthy. Straight from Sam's Club Bulk aisle. Dirty. Debris on hotel carpet. Stairwells filthy.
