Reasonably-priced alternative to overpriced Dulles-area hotels. I was here during peak season and hotels in Reston and Herndon were only a little cheaper than comparable places in DC. Pros: Very comfortable bed, helpful staff (the manager especially), decent-sized room which had been cleaned well, kitchen, and good laundry facilities. Aromatic experience Friendly staff and clean facility, minus an unfortunately unlabeled, clear bottle of some type of mystery liquid left behind presumably from a previous guest. We inquired about ice and were informed that although there was no ice machine, there were two very sturdy and capable ice trays waiting in the freezer in the room, empty and just waiting to be filled with water and could create ice in just 5-7 hours. Better hotel options in the area Expectations were not high but we were let down. Arrived at 5:40pm and our room wasn't ready. Irritating but these things happen. Then, our room keys didn't work, so back to the desk. Once in the room, we were greeted by a bad odor that we hoped could be aired out. Close to the airport The room was very out of date. There was sticky spills in the bathroom. Other than than that the room was ok. There were NO bowls, cups, forks etc in the kitchenette. I understand it is an extended stay hotel but both adjacent rooms were loud with mom’s yelling at their kids once at 6:00am.

Will try again The location is close, but doesn't have shuttle service. Staff were professional an friendly. I had to book a last minute room on the same day because I missed a connecting flight. The kitchenette was nice as well! It was raining, but there was a nice pathway for walking and you almost forgot the airport was nearby.
