no water for a full day ; not told when making reservation there was a sign posted; I read it; main water line to be cut off 9-5 p.m.; i asked if that meant no toilets or showers or sprinkler systems; i was told yes. BUT as i was checking in there were no other places to stay in the area; I had looked. Extended Stay America in Herndon There was a foul odor in the room that couldn't be rid of. Unfortunately, I was unable to change hotels since all other hotels in the area were booked.

OK for budget hotel I arrived at thotel at midnight after long flight from west coast to find front desk closed. The front desk counter even had a sliding gate that locked despite someone working in the room just behind desk, this person was also the front desk person that helped me after a little confusion. Was definitely a new experoence for me. The room was clean, a budget room. The bed was pretty are as were the pillows. Hotel is a 2 star and you get what you pay for, lessen learned!

RUN AWAY - FAST!!! Okay, the hotel would not allow us to refund, first of all. We were on the first floor, rooms were dirty, and NOISY!! Room above us had a large dog, that played with a ball ALL NIGHT. We called the front desk dozens of times, and then finally by the third night, the noise stopped! Seriously, there are many other "suite" type places in the area, find another one!

Just a cheap place to sleep Attending courses in Washington, D.C. area. - Stayed here because it was cheap.

Aweful service, rude employees [...].Room was dirty, smelly and stuffy. AC did not work. Hide a bed was broken and lumpy. No extra pillows. No shampoo, one small soap.For $150 a night we would expect much, much much more.Run, do not walk away from this dump of a property with terrible, rude employees

Depressive Depressive hotel, depressive rooms. Ugly, run down.

Lacks facilities The kitchen equipment was lacking, only one large and one small spoon, only one plate, etc. even when asked at the desk they did not have basics.
