Nasty! my room was so dirty! they had an old roll of toilet paper and it had i kid you not number 2 stains on it! and my curtains looked like it was slashed open so all the light would come in! my key didn't work i was locked out of the the room for like 20 min with groceries in hand waiting for the receptionist to come back to fix my key! ugh it was just a mess not coming back!!!
Ok Arrived for check in ,outside and inside lobby were 7-8 shady looking people just hanging out. A woman I rode the elevator with told me she did not feel comfortable because of it.Room was Clean,no maid service and TV channels were very limited.

There was nothing clean about this hotel. This was the worst stay ever. The hotel is extremely dirty on all floors. There was left over food on the floor. The elevator really needs to be clean. The Laundry room was dirty. I have to get someone to clean my room. I could smell the smoking of funny cigarette on my floor (like illegal smoking).

Skip it if you can! arrived at 12:30am with a reservation to find out my room is dirty. Had to wait 1.5 hours for her to clean my room, only for hair ro still be in the tub, on the toilet, and on the blanket. Everything else was booked and it was 2am after we had been driving since 11am. I wasn't leaving, but I'll never stay there again.

Was expecting to get shanked I don't review, however, I'm making an exception. There was wet paint (and paint smell), bathroom was missing part of the counter and the cabinetry looked very worn. Hotel staff seemed to have family / friends hanging around. Lots of strange noises at night. Also very little available parking.
Evicted? Try Extended Stay America Herndon! If you are looking for affordable long-term housing, this place is for you! Our particular room came with no working phone, yet most amenities required a phone call to request (i.e. clean towels, room cleaning, and kitchen stuffs). Just a quick business trip, but disappointing Got in late and left early. Lobby, elevator, hallways were very dirty Room was ok, but missing TV remote, cups Staff ok "free" breakfast was coffee, oatmeal packets, and a junkfood muffins Average cost, no great deal, close to airport
