Would never stay there again Non-smoking room smelled of smoke, ashes on toilet seat at check-in. No one manning front desk - sign remained on the front desk "return in 10 minutes." Asked for local taxi and was given a sedan service that arrived without rooftop lights and inside meter -- rate rip off traveling less than 2 miles $12. No mention of $10 minimum. Loud mouth guest in room close by disrupted sleep until he finally decided to go to sleep. Low rate for low rent district.

Great for smokers We had a nonsmoking room, but with smoking rooms on the same floor, it really did not matter-smoke fumes through the ventilation in our room.

Low priced hotel = Low class experience! Front desk staff with nominal hospitality - Suggest addtional training in hotel management.

Employees Don't Know Origin of thier paychecks Checked in late, around 10:30. The young man behind the desk must have been on his way out and was quite put out that he had to put down what he was doing to check me in. So very sorry you had to accept another customer Sir. I'll take a portion of your paycheck to a different hotel the next time I stay near DC. All my best.

Overpriced For Such Low Quality They asked us if we wanted a smoking room or non-smoking room. We told them non-smoking yet the first thing we noticed when we entered the room was the smell of smoke. There were no ammenities such as shampoo or cream rinse...only soap. When we tried to check out the next morning no one was at the counter (at 7:00 am). The cost should have been under $100 for this hotel yet we paid $140. I stayed at the Westin for the SAME PRICE through Hotels.com and of course there you get nothing but luxury... read more

Bare bones hotel Fortunately I was working all day and didn't have to spend much time in the hotel. It was overpriced. There was no service, nobody who came in to replace sheets or towel. Linens were so cheap that you could see through towels. Not an experience I will repeat. I chose the hotel because of its location and that is its only virtue.

Disappointing There was no one at the desk when I arrived and when I called out, I was greeted by a housekeeper doing laundry that couldn't speak English well at all, nor could she understand a basic question. A gentleman came to the counter asking for toilet paper and she handed him a box of tissues. The mattress in the room was extremely hard, and uncomfortable. WARNING DONT STAY HERE!!!! Save your money. do not do the same mistake i did. This place is dirty and smelly. The first thing the front desk clerk told me is i have to move your room there is a FLOOR PARTY. Its full of thugs, the guest next door were doing drugs and the smell came into my room. I had a non smoking room that smelled like a BAR. I switched rooms next to people who were banging on the walls. 3 room changes later and 2 hours later i left for another hotel.
