Basic, dumpy hotel This hotel is very poorly managed. When I arrived, they assigned me to a room that had not been cleaned. The staff were not very helpful in securing a taxi and the coffee in the morning ran out and was not refreshed. The hotel and room were tired. Overall, it was not a very satisfying experience.

Disappointing! This hotel was very overpriced ($160/night) for the level of comfort offered. Grab and go breakfast was poor. First room assigned to me was not cleaned and prepared!

I was extremely dissatisfied with my stay. Staff is either incompetent or lack any sense of customer service. The conditions and cleanliness of the hotel and rooms are dismal. Breakfast is nonexistent even though the hotel claims to offer. There's a Holiday Inn Express just 3 minutes away on Elden Street I have stayed at and would recommend before ever considering this hotel again.

OK Stay Room was clean. Toilet did not flush properly. Sink would not drain. Hotel staff very friendly and professional.

Not a good option Front desk is very bad. Room facilities also not good. Like towels was not good condition and phone was not working properly. Heater was not turning on for some time.
Extended Stay Herndon - Thumbs down! I was not at all happy with my stay. They say it's extended stay but they don't even have utensils, etc. in the kitchen. It's all just a farce to get this name. It was the most bare-bones hotel I have ever stayed in ... I felt like I was in a jail cell. They charged me $105/night which is ridiculous for what you get. Stay with full knowledge of Location Hotel is newly renovated. The quality of guests was questionable and the location in town is near a rough part of Herndon. I walked across the street for dinner and was yelled at by two passengers in cars. Not a great or safe feeling / atmosphere. When I first arrived the front desk employee was not around.
