$100 Deposit Required for a 2 star hotel I was surprised that a 2 star hotel would require a $100 security deposit. It was an inconvenience that delayed my check-in. I prepaid for my room and yet I was still asked to make a deposit of $100. No signs were posted or warnings on their website. I try to avoid hotels that required such deposits. I noticed that several customers were shocked and not prepared to be forced to pay this deposit. My best friend had to send me a cash app or I would have been in big trouble. Bryant and Carolina the GM and Asst. GM as well as their entire staff were wonderful and very accommodating. The place is clean, quiet and safe. police in the parking lot at night. They recycle which is very important to me as well.

Help needed!! Extended stay, had a few flaws early. Understaff, with a few customer complaints during my check in. Once in the room, it was clean. I booked for four people. I had one wash cloth, one towel, one face cloth, and one shower floor towel/mat. No remote, and had to stand, and wait for a half hour to receive two more towels, and a wash cloth. Remote final was given to me, after a half jour wait. It didn't work the tv. The side/ back doors card reader, didn't work, so had to keep walking around to get in, from my car... read more

The room smelled like smoke upon arrival. The beds were hard & you need an instruction manual just to turn on the shower. On the plus side we weren't expecting a kitchen for the price paid so that was good.
