Exceptional Customer Service from Manager and Staf I am very pleased. My hotel room is super clean, super quiet and super comfortable. Manager Jackson and her crew provide excellent customer service. I feel great and I am very happy that I can work in such a quiet, peaceful and comfortable space. Feels like a home away from home. Thank you for the staff and leadership of this beautiful hotel.

Lady in front desk is very friendly and professional overall was fine only issue we saw was 2 cucarachas inside the room furniture is very poor

The check-in was flawless, very friendly young lady. The room was clean, but very outdated and carpet definitely needs replaced. I think the dresser was from my 1993 college hou. The bed was comfortable. I would stay again, it suited my needs for one night.
