No Hot Water Everything was ok until the hot water ran out the next morning. The front desk help wasn't very helpful. They didn't accommodate my boyfriend and I with anything. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Avoid if you can This place is horrible. The room was not only not clean but the lamps didn't work. The room is designated as a non-smoking room but reeked of smoke. For the amount you're paying I'd definitely say find somewhere else
Really, really dirty place The room was extremely dirty. The bedding had not been changed and there was a large blood stain on it with hair. The people coming in and out were looking like homeless people and I was getting the feel that this was a long term flop house for street walkers. My wife and I asked for our money back. We are never going to stay at another Extended stay again. I will tell everyone about it and to avoid your chain of hotels
Not fresh The room looked like an extended stay room because it looked like it had been lived in. It just felt used and not fresh
Hotel or Motel I felt like I was in a motel. We had to moved to a different room because of the stains on the counter, the horrible stench of really strong ammonia, and the carpet was soaked from the air conditioner. The second room was no different and I didn't feel comfortable sleeping or showering there. The hotel service was fine but the overall hotel was not good.
Never rent ir The worst experience they didn't repect the reservation and kick us out in middle of no where never go to this hotel nether rent by hotel.com againg i they charge me for the hotel and i paid 80 dollars for a taxi and i have to sleep in the airport whit a 7 years boy and my wife costumer service worst didnt resolve my issue

Not a Happy Camper!!! There's nothing to tell!! When I got there After making a reservation and paying for it I had no room the hotel was sold it!!!!!! And I'm still waiting to be refunded my money!!! My husband and I are trying to conceive so we were trying to be spontaneous and that was ruined!!!
