Not the cleanest or quietest. Amenities were good with small kitchen in unit. The unit was not clean and was not quiet. This hotel is more for travelers with extended stays, so if you are only staying one night, you may want to consider another option.

I won't be staying here again Not impressed at all. This "non smoking" hotel reeked of cigarettes, especially my room. The door lock on my room did not work, so anyone could have gotten into my room had they simply tried the handle. The shower also didn't work, just the tub. And their "grab and go breakfast" was just some fruit, muffins, and coffee - not even any cereal or juice. The other hotel in the same parking lot has similar rates, and is in much better condition.

ANTS!!! One word. Ants. Ants everywhere. The room appeared fairly clean at first. When we woke up the next morning, there were ants EVERYWHERE - in the refrigerator on our food, on the counters, on the drink I had on my night stand, on the furniture. IT WAS HORRIBLE. And the manager refused a refund for our second night. NEVER AGAIN, EXTENDED STAY AMERICA. NEVER AGAIN.

Horrible service I stayed there for one night my first room had ants in the bed and dirty sheets then I told them the problem and got another room this one had holes in the sheets so I told them about the sheets they gave me new sheets I had to put them on myself and the manger and supervisor was never there when I tired to complain if I didn't book the room through hotels.com I would've ask for my money back

dirty All the bedding and towels were stained/dirty. Trash was left on the counters from the cleaning crew.

Hotel Needs Work This was my second recent stay. The hotel needs work, we had numerous issues during our stay. When we turned on the heat in our room, there was a burning smell and it set off the fire alarm in our room. The front desk was considerate and switched our room but in the new room the shower turn-on was difficult, and basic maintenance could be much improved. There were noises and squeaks throughout the room. All in all, I will not be back unless I hear that the hotel is upgraded significantly.

Good location to stay for events at FedEx Field The hotel was adequate, and in general, it was fine for the night. The price that we paid for the room seemed a bit higher than the quality of the room/hotel. Our room had a drawer with the front panel sitting on the top of the drawer, we did not use that drawer for our clothes. The hotel is supposed to be non-smoking but there was a smell of smoke in various places, maybe it is just not enforced. Smoke filled environment When I first walked in, the hotel had a very bad musty smell. Then, when I got into the hallway to go to my room, it smelled like cigarette smoke. I stayed in the room no more than 20 minutes and my chest hurt and throat from the smoke smell. Once I went to check out, there was nobody at the front desk so I just left the keys. When I called back they were understanding.
