Smoke filled environment When I first walked in, the hotel had a very bad musty smell. Then, when I got into the hallway to go to my room, it smelled like cigarette smoke. I stayed in the room no more than 20 minutes and my chest hurt and throat from the smoke smell. Once I went to check out, there was nobody at the front desk so I just left the keys. When I called back they were understanding.

Not so good Staff wasn't helpful towards all night disturbances drunk noisy man banging on doors using foul language wasn't a good stay at all even after police was called out to site

Terrible Compared to Others Even though I asked for late arrival, the entire front desk was locked up. Me and my Bassett Hound, tired from driving 8 hours, entering a hotel with people walking around like drug dealers. The staff lady was very nice, but still many flaws with the place. Room smelled of stale smoke. There was old food in the refrigerator. I didn't feel safe with residents coming and going at all times of the night. Very noisy and distracting my my dog/me. Staff was average - I expected a better quality hotel - the room wasn't clean, the pillows were bad. The shower was dirty.

Don't Go Bed bugs! Filth everywhere. Poor location, no place to eat or shop.

Reasonable value but poorly equipped for extended stay. Friendly but not very efficient staff. Kitchen not very well equipped for an extended stay. One large saucepan not a full set of cutlery. Chose this hotel mainly becuse it is in walking distance of the Metro.

Wasn't too pleased We came their to relax after enjoying an evening out with friends. The staff was friendly but we were unaware that they leave by 11 pm at the front desk they seemed to have been in a rush to get out. We arrived around 11:10 pm and they stated that they were waiting on our arrival. The bed was very uncomfortable, the TV's were outdated and the screen wasnt very clear. Disappointed My wife and I stayed one night here, but never would again. The lobby, elevator, and hallways were dirty and smelly. The air conditioner in our room did not work, but there were no available rooms to move into. The room did not provide shampoo, sugar/cream, etc. We will not be staying here again.
