Dirty rooms Terrible. The rooms were dirty. The linen and towels were dirty. I reserved a double bed room online yet when i arrived was told no double bed rooms left. I left to go to another hotel. I received my money back from hotel.com

No AC! nothing special

Nope. Not even if you paid me. This hotel was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Thankfully, I was only using the room for a bed to sleep in and a shower (hint: I did not use the shower). Our first room did not have a readily working shower and the water was black when I tried to turn it on. They moved us to another room pretty effectively, but that room had an empty bottle in the bathroom that read "enema". Seriously? Do you even look in these rooms before you let someone go in there? Horrified Stay My stay was horrible. I actually checked out and had to find another hotel in the area and pay more money. You definitely pay for what you get.

Dollar store muffins and really bad coffee in the morning is what they call a continental breakfast. Near a movie theatre and some restaurants. Housekeeping was terrible. Will not be returning.

Stay away!!! This was one of the worse stays at a hotel I had in years. Soon as you walked into the lobby it smelled like smoke. The elevator was a death trap as it only open halfway or didn't close at all. Had to walk up 3 flights of stairs in fear of the elevator. The room did not have any washcloths or towels. When we ask the front desk they said they didn't have anymore washcloths and offered had towels for bathing. When in the bathroom I had to hold my breathe so I won't get a contact high from someone next door smoking... read more

So Disappointing Check-in was easy, which was much appreciated but it was all downhill after. I was placed in a non-smoking room that smelled like someone had just finished smoking in. There were lipstick stains all over the bed linen. The television remote was broken. The dresser drawer was visibly broken and hanging down. The hand towels in the bathroom were all stained and none of the trash cans had been dumped. Tyron Jackson was the staff person on duty and he was absolutely rude!! I reserved a room online and when I arrived to check in, I was told there were no rooms available. It was very late and I was tired but he, as a representative of the hotel, was very unaccommodating.

gross rooms First room we were given smelled like urine absolutely disgusting!!! The beds felt like rocks and the toilet in the second room had stains(I hope they were just "stains").. if it wasn't for the girl at the front desk being so kind and helpful this hotel would have been a complete waste of money she made our stay a little more tolerable
