Being near Dulles Airport was great. Bed and pillows not comfortable. You could see through to the rooms at night when the lights were on even though the shades were down. Cigarette buds were everywhere outside. Bath towels should be a little larger.

You get what you pay for. Rundown room. Girl checking me could not direct me to the room! Was more worried that I fill out the survey and give her a 10 out of 10. Actually asked me to do so! Housekeeping BANGED on the door at 8:30 (no "do not disturb" sign was available). Booked room for only one night and did not bother checking out. Received call from front desk later that morning to see if I was checking out or if the were going to need to bill me for another night. The room was awful with an ashtray smell to it. The floor was sticky. I left after one day even though I paid for two

Booked a non-smoking room. Confirmed my reservation was for non-smoking and the room was labeled as non-smoking. Previous customer had smoked heavily in the room, I found two empty plastic wraps from cigarette packs. Asked for a new room and was told they were fully booked, but they would see what options they could offer. No call back. Asked again the next evening and again no return call. Follow-up calls went unanswered.

Overpaid for bugs. When I checked into the hotel, the desk clerk asked me to pay $88.00 for the room. I explained to her that I paid $111.00 via PayPal already. She stated that she just charge the $88.00 to a PayPal credit card. I'm not happy about me already paying more than the $88.00 she requested. The room also had bugs (roach and spiders).
