Really not clean. No utensils in the kitchen, dirty sticky furniture and the stove was gross.

The room we reserved was not available and we had to settle for a sofa bed instead of a full bed. Not good.

We’ve had better stays at Extended Stay The outside noise was disturbing—people out and laughing or making loud phone calls at 3am. Wish we knew this was a motel style facility in advance. Also a few people hanging out in the parking lot coupled with the warning signs about burglary was unnerving.

After four nights the grounds, stairs, in general appearance was full of cigarette butts and litter.

Barely functional “motel” in Reston. Thin walls. Musty smell. Strangers trying to enter my room close to midnight. Missing front desk staff. There’s a bed...if you manage to sleep, it’s barely worth it.

If you’re a clean person/family, this is not for u They do not change the bedroom sheets daily as normal hotels, and they do not provide the customers with fresh clean towels or wash clothes daily. You have to pay an extra fee for this service. This is a hot sheets place for a couple of hours. Not to bring your family. Horrible experience

BUMMER EXTENDED STAY AMERICA AT RESTON, VA 05/18/2019 Can't say I would ever return to this Extended Stay America in Reston, VA again! No coffee maker, Bible, Glasses, Ice maker/ice container in the room. TV was totally old school and no HDTV picture. Did not mess with WIFI service. Went to front desk to get an extra cake of soap for showering and no soap available. No fresh towels for entire stay.
