Im not usually too picky but I did not have a good experience. 1st I was given a room that was already occupied. I seriously asked if they were looking to get me shot! 2nd, the room felt old and dirty to me. Just a little beyond my taste and I wasn't expecting much to begin with.

horrible experience Breakfast is muffins and cereal bars only. Dirty horrible carpets inside rooms. Horrible people at the reception refused to print a boaridng pass. A crucial service in a hotel near the airport. United airiline do not allow to check in advance and it does not allow mobile passes on screen. They insist it must be printed. So I had to travel 30 km to town center to print the stupid boardinng pass. Been at 100 hotels and never yet seen an idiot who would refuse to print a boarding pass.

They had computer issues checking me in then upgraded my room due to their difficulties the charged for an upgrade. Room smelled like stale cigarettes and carpet badly stained, doors on cabinets partially off. Duct tape and packing tape hiding outlets and tub fixtures together ........etc

When I arrived, I was told the my Orbitz reservation was NOT paid, and required to pay prior to check-in. At this point, I have been charged TWICE for the room, and am working with Orbitz to correct the error. Aside from that, the hotel was less than impressive. The AC unit was slightly broken, and had to be turned to Low Heat to have the AC actually work, and it was extremely sticky to the touch, which is not at all comforting. Don’t answer the phone!!! I needed to make sure I’d be safe after a night of drinking and they wouldn’t answer to confirm my reservation. Almost had to sleep in my car but made a reservation elsewhere
Loud construction equipment outside of our room and they WOULD NOT MOVE US!! NEVER CLEANED OUR ROOM FOR THE 3 nights we stayed....no clean towels...no made bed...horrible customer service.

Not clean Has not aged well, in the middle of a renovation which is helpful/hopeful, but one of the least clean places I've stayed in in years

Reserved a double bed room and paid extra $15 for it, received a king room with no refund? Reserved a non-smoking room and verbally confirmed that it's non-smoking, but it still smelt like a lot of smoke? Blood on the bathroom floor!? No trash bag/bin in the room?
