The phone is broken, can’t call the front desk for late check in. And he is obviously in bad mood. Dirty rooms and horrible experience. Late time at extended stay. Not worth it

This was not the best nights stay ... I had stayed in 3 hotels last week because my father was in ICU at Reston hosp. The bar of soap dropped out of the packet and had a hair stuck to it and the logo was faded and was clearly used :( I was offered a 20% discount on another night (pass) and given 3 bars of soap. When the fan was on in the bathroom the whole room smelled like food and even with the heat off it was extremely hot. I did not sleep well. The front desk staff was pleasant but there is MUCH MUCH room for improvement... read more

the attention to snow cleanup was not existent. trying to get to your car while walking on ice is not a good idea. Horrible maintenance including the shower in room 164. not sure I will stay here again
