Beware of strangers entering your room I booked this room for a co-worker making a business trip to Reston. On the 4th day of his stay he returned to his room to find that someone had been in his room while he was at work. He noticed things were missing and that items that were not his were left behind. One of the items taken was a very expensive watch. I hope the hotel makes good on his stolen items claim, but I will never put another co-worker in this hotel.

Not well cleaned Weird white residue on the carpet. Someone else's hair stuck to the towels and in the shower. Ew.

Stay Away. Horrible. I have stayed at many hotels, many budget hotels and this was one of the worst. Sheets were stained as was the carpet. Shower leaks. NO MAID SERVICE. Bugs (spider, ants and something I have no idea what it was). And the bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab. Stay away.

Roach in the room. Room didn't feel clean at all. Hotel was dirty and trash all over the walk way.

Didn't even get into the building... I didn't even get a chance to go into the building. When I called the phone outside labeled for an after hours check-in, the night manager came up and had lost his keys to get in the building. After about 45 minutes of standing outside in the cold listening to him curse and even start to get upset with me, I gave up and went to sleep at the airport. Hotels.com was no help with the situation. I won't be using this hotel or hotels.com ever again.
Not a great experience Not so good. There was litter on the floor of breakfast area at check-in. Water from refrigerator on floor in my room. Some lights did not work. There was a security question of Internet, so did not use. The common areas were littered with cigarette butts. Staff forgot to provide coffee maker, coffee and cup as requested.
OK for the price Room smelled like cigarettes even though it was non smoking room. House keeper didnt empty trash and beer bottles under sink from previous occupants. Front desk person was very nice and came to clean it when we discovered the trash but room still had an odor.
