The hotel met our needs My husband had to attend a class at the Hyatt in Reston. Although the Hyatt has a wonderful reputation, it was a bit over our budget for a one night stay. Extended Stay American was the next best thing. It was only a 0.9 mile walk from our hotel using the W and OD (Washington and Old Dominion bike trail). ハウスキーピングがない。 ハウスキーピングがないというのが、よくわからなかった。もう少しわかりやすい表示にしてほしかった。宿泊してから、フロントに注文をいうことになってしまった。また、食事付きとなっていましたが、内容はコーヒーとスナック菓子のようなものと、甘いカップケーキみたいなものでした。もう少し表現を変えたほうがいいと思います。

Internet is unusable. Service is spotty at best. The "free" internet was slow beyond belief and I couldn't upgrade it because I was already logged in. I called the front desk. After at least ten rings, someone answered and said they weren't in office and would call me back when they were m. They didn't.

I'd stay there again! I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable the room was. The location was perfect for me. I'll definitely stay here again if in the area.
